I'm not a big Dr. Who fan (yet), but I catch the new season every now and then when I can. That's why I was sad to read this this morning.
**Note: Keep in mind that I know nothing of previous doctors.** I really like him! He's really expressive and plays the part well in my opinion. I wonder who they're thinking of replacing him with? Is this the shortest Dr. stint? If not, whose was and for how long? Now I'm curious.

Did you know that in the tv movie Scary Godmother, the characters that the kid dressed as candy runs past in the opening scene are characters from Reboot? (the 2 shows are both by Mainframe) I just noticed and thought that was neat ^_^

Well, this past Friday I went to a friend's birthday party. I got to catch up with a lot of people that I hadn't seen in forever. One of these people was Amanda. She now works as a Biology teacher at Northside High School in Columbus. Anyway, we got to talking and it turns out that there is an English teacher opening for the 11th grade and the first person she thought about when she heard about it was me. I told her to let me know if anyone was lined up for it and if they weren't to tell me. Well, I got a call from her yesterday and she said that her principal wanted to talk to me. I went in to meet her today and she was really nice and told me to go fill out an application and that I had a good chance of getting the job if the school district hasn't already picked someone to fill it. Of course this would mean that I would have to get my certificate (I've already taken the Praxis II, though I have to retake the essay portion due to the fact that I hadn't read the books on the test since the 5 years prior the exam...though I was a couple of points away from passing). I honestly thought I would never teach. But the more that I think about it, the more I warm up to it. Anyway, the scary thing is......

I might soon be teaching high school English........

Lord help me.

Started at the nursery again today. It tired me out. It went pretty well, though. Well, all except the nausia all morning (woke up and felt like crap). It passed, though, and that made me happy. I didn't want to have to call out my first day there. It was probably due to the fact that I'm not used to getting up that early (or getting that little sleep). Ah well. Hope it's better tomorrow morning.
